Position description
This industry leading organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Claims Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader the role you will be responsible for a high volume of collection calls and dealing with Branch Managers, Internal Stakeholders and external Customers. 

The responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation. Recovery Accruals account.
  • Prepare and submit claims to the Web portal
  • Prepare and submit claims via email to the other suppliers.
  • Create entries of credits in the NetSuite 
  • Maintain Claims Invoice register 
  • Prepare Payment proposals monthly.
  • Handle client inquiries 
The successful applicant:
  • Will have exceptional time management skills, and the ability prioritise their workload in a logical way
  • Experience in a Credit Claims role in the past
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills
  • Be a team player; able to liaise effectively with other existing team members to maximise productivity
  • Demonstrated prior experience as an Accounts Receivable/Claims to assist a smooth transition into the new environment
