About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will:
- Manage mainly residential and some commercial property transactions from start to settlement.
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements.
- Liaise with clients directly
- Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Monitor and meet critical deadlines throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- At least 4 years conveyancing experience within a high volume environment
- Exposure to WA and or Qld conveyancing matters would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal document preparation.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with PEXA and other electronic settlement platforms is essential
