Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, your focus will be on the following:

• Provide commercial guidance. 
• Foster excellent internal and external relationships and proactively support the senior leadership team. 
• Partner with non-finance functions including Logistics, Merchandise and Operations to facilitate and support the delivery of business strategies and initiatives as required.
• Focus on forecasts, budgets and strategic plans to help key business initiatives.
• Support Commercial oversight. 
• Partner with FP&A and Business Insights.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through driving business and cost optimisation initiatives

Skills & Requirements: 

• Professional ​CA/CPA
• Preferrable Big 4 and or Mid Teir public practice experience 
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task assignments and appropriately prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to team culture and performance    
• High levels of energy and drive – performance-based mindset, results-orientated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
