The role 
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and efficient operation of the manufacturing production, ensuring consistency of production, systems, production planning, and adherence to regulations. This role involves planning, ensuring compliance with cleanliness, safety and regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiative to support organisational goals.
 You will need to be able to adapt and show resilience to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this role you will be leading the operation of the production facility and leading any troubleshooting initiatives to minimise process downtime. It will involve managing all clean room processes in order to meet quality requirements and will be overseeing the general maintenance of the clean room to ensure a safe and healthy work environment is achieved. You will be working cross-functionally with the Engineering team, Maintenance team and relevant stakeholders, and will report into the Operations Manager. 
  
  
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or general healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with GMP and other industry standards.
  • Experience with sterile and non-sterile packaging, shipping, and handling processes.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management ability. Ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to direct reports, and provide support where issues are identified.
