About the Position
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for spearheading commercial strategies, focussing on maximising market presence in the Defence sector. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through key contract execution and navigating complex commercial matters to achieve business and financial objectives.
This key leadership position will identify and optimise customer opportunities by leading the sales, marketing, brand, product, and customer services functions. In addition, you will proactively engage in M&A activities from due diligence to integration thus achieving business growth objectives. This will include new customer acquisition and expanding into adjacent industries sectors (e.g. critical infrastructure) and new geographical markets.
About the Person
We are seeking a senior executive who possesses significant experience working within the defence sector providing complex and technical solutions to government departments and enterprise clients. You will have a strong record of growing revenue through expanding new and existing customers through product/service diversification. Knowledge and experience of adjacent markets including critical infrastructure and geographies such as the US market will be viewed favourably. Leadership qualities including integrity, direction setting and collaborative delivery focus and embracing the unknown are considered essential attributes for this position.
