As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a hands-on, strategic Category Manager to drive growth, optimize product performance, and shape the future of our categories.

The Role

Snacking & International Food category, using data and market insights to develop strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with buying, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure our products thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a category strategy that aligns with business goals, identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to drive category performance and identify white space opportunities.
  • Product & Range Development: Work with suppliers and internal teams to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions, ensuring a compelling and competitive range.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
  • Commercial Performance: Own category P&L, setting pricing and margin strategies to drive profitability while maintaining customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to launch new products, optimize merchandising, and ensure availability.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to shape category innovations.

Data-savvy – able to interpret sales data, trends, and insights to make informed decisions from data houses and shopper scan data. 
Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong negotiator – experienced in supplier management and able to secure the best deals.
Category management expertise – ideally within snacking, FMCG, or international foods.
Excellent communicator – able to influence stakeholders across all levels.
A true all-rounder – comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking initiative.
