As a Buyer, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships with leading brands. Your focus will be on securing competitive pricing, maximizing rebates, and ensuring a strong product offering that drives sales and margin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category buying strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with big-name suppliers, negotiating the best terms on pricing, promotions, and rebates.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of pricing trends and consumer demand.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Drive commercial decision-making to deliver growth and profitability in the category.

- Proven experience as a Buyer within a general merch category, ideally in branded buying.
- Working space planning, merch planning and marketing.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing top pricing and supplier rebates.
- Commercially savvy with an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.
- Experience in pricing strategy, promotions, and margin management.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for retail and consumer trends.
