Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and resolve project challenges.
- Participate in ICT Support Upgrade (Tech1) project and work with business teams on new initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Leverage expertise in TechOne to support design and operational decisions.
- Focus on modules such as financials and enterprise asset management.
- Build strong relationships to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with experience in TechnologyOne projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with limited stakeholder availability and manage competing priorities.
- Background in water/utilities or related sectors is a plus but not essential.
- Strong understanding and exposure to a broad range of technology concepts and their application.
- Experience in business process mapping, process re-engineering, data modelling and requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, using relevant business process modelling and testing techniques.
- Producing high-quality documentation, including business requirements specification, functional requirement specification, user stories, and other associated project delivery documents.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to confidently facilitate, present and articulate to a diverse range of audiences while using a variety of verbal, written and visual methods.
- Strong analytical and logical collaborative approach to problem solving, root cause analysis, user impact analysis, persona identification, gap analysis, and options analysis to provide recommendations for business solutions.
- Gladstone-based role with flexible options for Brisbane-based candidates.
- Occasional travel to Gladstone (e.g., one week per month).
- Flexible working arrangements available, with a preference for office presence.
