We seek an experienced, strategic-minded Business Development Manager (BDM) with exceptional listening skills and a penchant for innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the global mining industry, working closely with an international team of trainers, consultants, and software developers.
Ideal candidates will possess:
• Proven experience in the Mining services (METS) sector.
• Demonstrated success in BDM, Sales, or Marketing roles.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Languages other than English (LOTE) is advantageous.
Requirements:
• Minimum Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management).
• At least 3 years of experience in Mining Services or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development Manager (BDM) or Sales roles.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and processes.
• Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Australian Driver's License and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical Examination & Drug and Alcohol Tests.
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work and life.
• Ability to obtain a Police clearance certificate.

DUTIES:
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on growth projects to enhance client revenue and value.
• Identify new growth opportunities through targeted research.
• Foster engagement with affiliates and team members to drive growth initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes and proposals for global clients.
• Manage Zoho CRM and related tools to oversee projects, client interactions, quotations, and data analysis.
• Effectively manage schedule, budget, and travel in alignment with company objectives and team KPIs.
• Work collaboratively within the team to innovate solutions and share knowledge for client benefit.
