This exciting, and growing business is in need of an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent part time basis. The main responsibilities of the role involve accounts receivable and client billing enquires. Xero experience is preferred but not essential. The role will be based at their head office in the CBD with some work from home arrangement available once settled.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of BAS, payroll tax and PAYG
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Managing and clearing the finance and billings inbox
- Monthly payroll tax compliance and yearly payroll tax reconciliation
- Quarterly GST prep
- Setting up new suppliers
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Customer service orientated.
- Xero experience is preferred
