Our client, is looking to continue to build a bookkeeping business within the south east of Melbourne. Through recent years of growth, our client is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come on board in a full-time or part-time capacity to help coordinate the business.
Position Description
This role will be an accounting all-rounder position on a full-time or part-time basis. You will apply your hardworking, reliable and driven work ethic to your job each and every day. Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- IAS & BAS lodgments
- TPAR
- Monitoring debtor and creditor payments
- Reporting
- Cash flow management
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll function
- Inventory tracking
- Administration maintaining files and records
- Helping tidy and maintain the system and data
- End of financial year duties
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Exposure with Xero or large scale ERP is advantageous
- Stable, position in steady market
- Working from home flexibility - (3-4 days per week)
