About this Role:
As an ANUM, you'll be the go-to person for the Nurse Unit Manager, keeping things running smoothly in the theatre. Time to show off your leadership and clinical skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the theatre nursing crew
- Handling daily operations like a boss
- Coordinating patient care and resources
- Mentoring and supporting your team
- Helping with quality improvement projects
- Assisting with rosters and staff allocation
Key Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Postgrad qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (or similar experience)
- 5+ years of theatre nursing experience in Urology, ENT, or Ophthalmology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for high-quality patient care
