The Position

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a reputable and culture-focused organisation. This organisation is located in the inner-northern suburbs of Brisbane with free parking available onsite.
  
This role allows you to work in a fast-paced and thriving organisation while offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for team administration support, data entry, reporting, email inbox management and managing general queries. You will be given opportunity to learn and develop your skills in accounts as part of a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

This is an integral position in the organisation and requires a highly organised and positive administrator. You will apply your hardworking, reliable and driven work ethic to your job each and every day.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
  • Administration support including managing inbox, filing, document management and preparing reports;
  • Database management including setting up new suppliers;
  • Printing, collating and formatting documents;
  • Applying your high attention to detail by assisting with database and document management;
  • Ad hoc support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts function;
  • General support as required by leaders and colleagues.

Skills & Experience

As the suitable candidate for this position, you may have experience in administration, or you may just be motivated to learn! You will also have:
  • Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within and external to the organisation;
  • Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment;
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail;
  • A positive approach to ongoing learning and development.
