The Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, develop and coordinate team members, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly as per guidelines and procedures set by the organization in a timely manner
- Regular Internal stakeholder engagement as well as customer relationships
- Monitoring staff and team performance
- Resolving escalated credit issues directly with customers
- Drive continuous improvement strategies
- Monthly reporting on assessment and performance of team members
- Ongoing reporting responsibilities to ensure the Management is aware and across current state of play, and ongoing progress
- Project & System Implementation
- Previous and proven experience as Team Leader / Manager managing teams of more than 6 people
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation
