About the role
As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage a large ledger, handling accounts worth multi-millions in AUD per month. Our client's customers range from small to large enterprises.
The responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable ledger.
- Handle collections and customer communications primarily over the phone.
- Prepare and send written communication, including emails, as needed.
- Work closely with the Credit Manager, and support a large team.
- Minimum of 3 years of local experience in accounts receivable, specialising in credit and collections.
- Demonstrated expertise in collections and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- The ability to follow and adapt to established processes.
- A proactive, personable, and adaptable approach to customer interactions and problem-solving.
- The successful candidate will be driven, career-focused, and motivated to further develop their skills.
- Based in the North Shore, just a 2-minute walk from the station.
