The Organisation
Our client is renowned for being a market leader in their field and are presently seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer to immediately join their finance team, on a part-time basis. The national organisation are seeking a driven and ambitious candidate to hit the ground running and complete Accounts Receivable duties, during an exciting period of transformation, for a minimum 11 month duration (until the end of 2025).
Position Description
Working among a supportive team, with the view of being a key contact for the Credit & Accounts Receivable function, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
• Manage a debtors ledger completing end to end processes
• Allocate & receipt payments
• Daily reconciliations of accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
• Resolve discrepancies and clarify payment details where necessary
• Reporting duties and assist in forecasting cash flow
• Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Other ad hoc duties to assist the broader team
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role. You will also have the following attributes:
• Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
• Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
