Looking for an experienced candidate to join their Accounts Receivable function, in a full time permanent position. Ideally seeking 2 years experience, what matters most is your working attitude and willingness to learn.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Accounts Manager your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Management of the Accounts Receivable process, including sales invoicing/management of debtors
- Management of cash payments (processing and recording payments)
- Management of company credit cards and expense reimbursements (administration and recording)
- End-to-end responsibilities for maintaining the Target & DC Expense Tracker (including raising monthly purchase orders,
reviewing and approving invoices and dealing with supplier and operation queries) - Any other ad-hoc items as directed
- Proven experience in a similar role with end to end responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working within a team.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- An ability to work under pressure and organize work priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the company.
