The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function and reporting through to the AR Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Following up on payments
- Efficient resolution of customer disputes whilst ensuring compliance with debtors insurance
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Customer set up and maintenance of the customer database
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identification and implementation of improved processes and procedures
- Assist with relevant reporting duties
- Other ad hoc duties to support the team
The Ideal Candidate

- Self motivated and willingness to learn attitude
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Accounts Receivable role
- Strong communication skills and a customer service focused approach
- Excellent time management skills to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
- Desire to grow and develop within your role
