An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team based in Abbotsford, on a permanent basis.


Position Description

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts
  • Daily reconciliation of the accounts 
  • Follow up on outstanding debt 
  • Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
  • Allocation and receipting of payments 
  • Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement
  • Reporting duties and ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
  • High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
