This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and eager Accounts Payable Officer to join a large global business and start on short notice. This company is located in Marsden Park, and has plenty of parking on site. They would love someone to join the team as soon as possible and be able to hit the ground running.
This role requires someone who is Immediately Available (can start in a week max).
This role will also have a strong focus on:
- Supplier invoice processing through Continia OCR (PO and non-PO)
- Correction / Establishment of templates through Dynamics 365
- Review and investigate 3 way match of POs and correct variances
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Assisting other teams (AR) as needed.
- Experience with investigative AP in an ERP system
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable Experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 desirable.
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be immediately available and willing to hit the ground running!
- Be highly confident with the AP function.
