We are helping an established NFP based just South of the river as they look for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can take on a short-term contract. The Role
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Processing a high volume of invoices weekly
- Liaising with key decision makers across the business
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Dealing with queries via phone and email
- Processing credit card expenses
- Performing both domestic and international payments
- Troubleshooting and working through a backlog
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role
- NFP experience advantageous
- Confident to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
