Our client is an Australian Owned Business who supplies products both domestic and internationally. An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Accounts Officer to work on an initial temporary contract with the potential for longer term or permanancy.
This is a hands-on position, where you will be responsible for:
- Full Function AP - including payment runs + being the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors (both domestic and overseas)
- Full Function AR - including processing invoicing + receipts and following up on debt collection (calls + emails).
- Bank reconciliations - must know how to balance a cash book
The successful candidate will be:
- Immediately available - opportunity to start this week!
- A hands on and proactive attitude to support the finance function
- Good team player someone with experience working in a small team able to collaborate and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skill
