The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the responsibilities include:
- Processing inventory/stock invoices, expense reimbursement and credit card processing – verification, coding.
- Liaise with creditors regarding invoices and reconciliations payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable details in the accounting system
- Enter invoices and expenses onto the AP system
- Assist with stock take, including reconciliation of valuation reports, ensuring no variances
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Experience with inventory/stock invoicing.
