Our client is a leading retail business who are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the organisation on a 12 month FTC basis. With a strong commitment to developing a positive culture within the business, this organisation is highly regarded across their industry.
Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Support Bank Reconciliation for multiple bank accounts across multiple banks
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Preparation of reporting relating to store variances
- Support preparation and collection of Rebates
- Supporting administration for corporate credit card
- Reconciliations of payments
- Adhoc finance duties
- Previous experience within an accounts support role
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
