The Role
- Working alongside the People Leader to define and update position descriptions and target talent pools.
- Owning and executing the full candidate journey with the related tools and platforms.
- Conducting candidate outreach across the organisations global footprint.
- Positioning the organisation in a brand positive manner at all touchpoints.
- Own the onboarding of new team members as he key liaison between internal teams to ensure strong employee experience.
The Person
- Mid Career experience in HR &/or Recruitment
- Experience with Candidate application systems
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with new talent
