About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce System Manager to take ownership of this client's CRM platform.

This role is responsible for maintaining, optimising, and enhancing Salesforce to support the full customer and user journey. The position is a blend of BAU administration, with some smaller projects/innovation, offering the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations while driving system improvements and strategic initiatives.

Our client is a leading, mid-sized Australian business with a strong focus on property management. You will collaborate across business units, ensuring Salesforce aligns with business needs, improves efficiency, and delivers meaningful insights.

You will bring Salesforce expertise and a track record of delivering effective CRM solutions that enhance both business outcomes and user experience. You’re equally comfortable getting hands-on with the system as you are engaging with stakeholders and leading projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise the Salesforce platform to support business processes and customer experience.
  • Develop and manage reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Lead system upgrades, small to medium projects, integrations, and functionality rollouts while maintaining platform stability.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to translate requirements into tailored CRM solutions.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and agencies to deliver effective integrations.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of CRM management experience with packaged software or custom implementations (Certified Salesforce Admin/Developer).
  • Experience with API integrations, middleware tools, and document/form solutions.
  • Experience working with large customer databases and end-to-end sales journeys.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus if you have an understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
