Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

- Prepare month-end accruals, provisions, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations with precision and timeliness.

- Ensure the integrity of general ledger by reviewing and verifying financial data.
- Support the annual process and preparation of statutory reporting, including compliance requirements such as BAS & FBT.

- Conduct analysis of financial data to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies, providing insights to management.

- Maintain the Fixed Asset register.

- Review and manage bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations to uphold financial stewardship and governance standards.
  
- Provide support during internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is prepared and readily available.
  
- Identify and assess potential financial risks, implementing controls and mitigation strategies to safeguard financial integrity
  
To be successful in your application, you be CA/CPA Qualified with experience working in large and complex organisations. Alternatively, you will be looking to make your first move out of Big 4/ Mid tier Chartered firms. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have strong attention to detail. You will be analytically minded and have the ability to problem solve.
