Responsibilities:
  • Entry and allocation of cash receipts
  • Cash allocation for major accounts
  • Reconciliation of the bank statement
  • Managing a ledger to internal policies as well as the ACCC, PPSA, Privacy Act and other legislative and compliance guidelines
  • Collection of overdue accounts
  • Managing suspended orders and suspension of accounts as per trading terms
  • Reconciliation & follow through of major/key accounts
  • Investigation and resolution of customer claims
  • Ensure weekly invoices and credit listings are supplied to key buyers
  • Distribute reports to internal stakeholders
  • Onboarding customers to use an internal accounts portal, helping drive automation
  • Utilise internal portal for business application/collection tools to improve cash collections
  • New accounts application assessment & processing
  • PPSR registrations and de-registrations
  • Assessing Credit Limits and Risk Management
  • Actioning year End Audits, performing tasks as assigned by manager
  • Adhoc duties as required
  
What we are seeking:
  • 2 years' experience as a Credit Officer or similar job function
  • Experience with a large ERP is advantageous
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Retail experience desired
  • Involvement or intentions to partner with AICM are desired
  • Collaborative and team focused mindset
