We’re on the hunt for a switched-on, curious, and proactive admin superstar to join a thriving, fast-paced team in a role that sits at the heart Finance and Administration Shared Services.
This isn’t your average desk job, it’s a dynamic position where no two days are the same, and your work genuinely makes an impact.
You’ll be the go-to support for one of key functions, working with a mix of systems, people, and processes. Think: light-touch finance support, coordinating credit card receipts, helping with invoices, managing data, and ensuring everything ticks along behind the scenes. You’ll also step in to support contracts and onboarding when needed, giving you a great overview of how our business runs from end to end.

What you’ll bring:
- A love of admin and structure, with an eye for detail and accounts expereince would be desirable.
- Good grasp of Microsoft Excel (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in systems like MYOB or similar)
- Great communication skills and a natural team player attitude
- Someone who’s ready to pitch in, learn on the go, and grow with the business
