Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager, this Business Development Manager role will ultimately take ownership for the sales and strategy of the business as it looks to take advantage of its market position & continue to drive sales revenue in the Qld market. The role combines strategy formulation with hands-on execution, ensuring you hold key customer relationships as well as being apart of the journey to achieve success.

Duties
- Devise a strategic sales and marketing plan
- Hands-on Sales approach
- Utilise your relationships with key customers to lead from the front in driving sales execution
- Identify new market channels & opportunities
- Responsibly for growing sustainable sales revenue
Skills and Experience
- Experience in selling through multiple channels
- Proven track record in devising commercial strategy & executing with tangible results
- Industry experience selling wholesale into retail will be advantageous but not essential
- Experience dealing with Buyers / Procurement will be considered a bonus
