The Role | Reporting to the Finance Manager
Specific duties will include, but not limited to:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is CA/CPA part-qualified or intending to commence their qualification. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a medium to large-sized business, or be a first mover from business services or audit. You will be eager to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative in your work. Strong communication and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
