This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AR Officer to join a busy team based in North Sydney. This role is an AR Generalist position with a strong focus on back of house functions e.g receipting, allocations, reconciliations. You will work in a tight knit team and my client is seeking someone with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing, Monitoring & Reporting Cash Receipts - unidentified and unapplied receipts
- Reporting and liaising with the branch location managers and staff with unreconciled or unidentified transactions and any
- discrepancies
- Liaising with our Financial Institution on any discrepancies and / or missing transactions
- Banking & Receipting Cash /Cheques
- Processing of different transactional payment methods
- Posting Transactions to the ledger
- Reconciliation of Debtor accounts
- Maintain and action assigned AR tickets
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Transactional role, as well as the following attributes:
- Prior experience within a high volume AR environment focusing on receipting/allocations/billings
- High attention to detail
- Experience using a large ERP system is essential, Oracle is an advantage.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
