Our client are looking for a candidate to join their Accounts Receivable function, in a full time permanent position. Ideally seeking 2 years experience, what matters most is your working attitude and willingness to learn. 

Position Summary 
Reporting to the Credit Manager your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
  • Check and gather all the invoices & supporting documentation for an assigned group of national key accounts
  • Uploaded the documents to the customers portal
  • Check accuracy, and get all errors corrected by branch admins
  • Ensure that their key customers have everything they need to pay their invoices on time. 
  • Follow up on any unpaid/overdue invoices
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with their key customer accounts, as well as internal stakeholders who manage the face to face interactions with the customer 
  • Any other ad-hoc items as directed
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working within a team.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and organize work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the company.
  • 1-2 years experience in an accounting/admin environment
