Residential Services: Their residential facilities provide compassionate accommodation and care for older adults requiring varying levels of support. Their team works across several campuses, delivering person-centered care whilst promoting independence and well-being. The Role: As an Occupational Therapist, this is a permanent part time opportunity, 32 hours per fortnight. You will provide assessment, intervention, and education to enhance the functional independence of residents. Your expertise will support residents in activities of daily living, cognitive function, fall prevention, pressure care, seating, equipment prescription, and more. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised, goal oriented treatment plans. Lead clinical interventions, including cognitive assessments, pressure injury management, falls risk reduction, and equipment prescription. Collaborate with team members, residents, and families to ensure holistic care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement activities. Contribute to service planning, data management, and professional development. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to organisational policies and standards. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA Demonstrated experience and competence in delivering occupational therapy services, including assessments and equipment prescription Ability to work effectively within a team environment Commitment to ongoing professional development Current Victorian driver’s license Successful police check and immunisation status as per health regulations NDIS clearance if applicable Why Join?
